Martin Oil is looking for a customer-oriented sales representative to provide product and service information and resolve any questions or problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Sales representatives understand the needs of their customers, have a high sense of urgency and give customers a positive experience.
They should ensure excellent service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Understand and communicate the products and services to the customer (Training provided) Travel within sales territory to meet with customers and leads Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through communication Handle customer calls and follow up to ensure resolution Proven customer support experience a plus but not necessary Excellent communication and active listening skills An attention to detail and great pride in their work Computer proficiency required Martin Oil Company offers a positive workplace, competitive wages, paid time off, home heating oil discount, continuing education/tuition reimbursement, 401K Plan, Health Insurance and more.
