Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist at Martin Oil, you will be an integral part of our IT team, providing support to our employees in their day-to-day technology needs.
This position is ideal for someone who has a fundamental understanding of office technology and is eager to learn and grow within the IT field.
Key
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to employees with software, hardware, and network-related issues.
Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems promptly.
Offer guidance and training to employees on technology best practices.
Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for IT procedures.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
Perform basic software installations and updates.
Perform other IT-related tasks as needed.
